Friday just wasn't the day for The Cedar Ridge Raiders''s offense. They were dealt a 31-0 loss at the hands of McNeil. Cedar Ridge's loss continues a unfortunate trend for the squad, making it seven in a row.
Joshua Williams was the offensive standout of the game as he rushed for 90 yards and two touchdowns.
Cedar Ridge's defeat was their sixth straight on the road (dating back to last season), which bumped their record down to 2-8. Those losses could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 8.7 points per game. As for McNeil, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 6-4.
Cedar Ridge does not have any more games scheduled as of now. McNeil will take on Bowie at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
