Newman International Academy came into Tuesday's contest having lost four straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They really took it to the UME Preparatory Academy EAGLES for the full four quarters, racking up a 47-19 victory. The Warriors have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five games by 24 points or more this season.

Newman International Academy's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Arianna Miranda led the charge by going 9 of 15 en route to 19 points. That makes it five consecutive games in which Miranda has scored at least a third of Newman International Academy's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Khori Epps, who posted 13 points and five steals.
