The Lansingburgh Knights's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their third straight loss. They fell 41-28 to Queensbury.
Several Knights players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Anthony Huff, who rushed for 84 yards and two touchdowns on only ten carries, and also threw for 229 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 11.5 yards per attempt. The team also got some help courtesy of Markous Green, who picked up 206 receiving yards.
Ian Reynolds was the offensive standout of the game as he rushed for 137 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 8.1 yards per carry. Another player making a difference was Zavry Ward, who rushed for 70 yards and two touchdowns.
Lansingburgh's defeat dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Queensbury, they now have a winning record of 5-4.
Lansingburgh does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Queensbury also has no future games currently scheduled.
