East Valley came tearing into  Friday's  contest with five straight wins  (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 10.8 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They never let the Quincy Jackrabbits get on the board and left with  a   21-0  win. The Red Devils might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five matchups by 11  runs or more this season.
 Presley Weatherley made a splash no matter where she played. On the mound, she  tossed three innings while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't  tossed less than five  strikeouts in three consecutive appearances. She was also stellar in the batter's box,  going a perfect 3-for-3 with one  home run, four  runs,  and four  RBI.
 In other batting news, East Valley let  Tia Ramynke and  Alisha Young run wild. Ramynke  went a perfect 4-for-4 with four  runs, three  doubles,  and four  RBI, while  Young  went 3-for-4 with one  home run, five  RBI,  and two  runs. Those  four  runs gave  Ramynke a new career-high.  Brooklynn Root was another key player,  going 2-for-3 with three  runs, one  triple,  and two  RBI.
 East Valley  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .743. That's the best  OBP they've posted all season.
East Valley pushed their record up to 7-4 with the  victory, which was their fourth straight  on the road. The  road  wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 14.8 runs over those games. As for Quincy,  they are  on  a  12-game losing streak  (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-10.
 Looking ahead, East Valley will host Prosser  at 3:00  p.m.  on Wednesday. The Red Devils are facing the Mustangs at the right time seeing as the Mustangs are stuck on  a  five-game losing streak. As for Quincy, they will venture away from home to  square off against Toppenish  at 3:00  p.m.  on Thursday.
