They secured a 34-29 W over Oakwood. This was payback for Northeast Academy, who suffered a 48-35 loss the last time these two teams met.
Northeast Academy's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Jake Parks, who scored four points along with ten rebounds and five assists. Parks is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last four games he's played. Judson Smith was another key contributor, scoring 12 points along with six steals.
Northeast Academy's victory bumped their record up to 4-12. As for Oakwood, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-14.
