There's no place like home for Farmington, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Wednesday. They blew past the Piedra Vista Panthers 59-33 on Friday. The Scorpions have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 12 contests by 20 points or more this season.

Farmington's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Landon Begay, who went 6-for-14 en route to 17 points in addition to seven boards and six assists. The team also got some help courtesy of Dylon Tso, who shot 60% from the field to rack up 15 points and six rebounds.

Begay wasn't the only one working in the assist department: Farmington was working as a unit and finished the game with 12 assists. Farmington is 17-6 when they've passed the ball that well.

Despite the loss, Piedra Vista still got an impressive performance from Darian Watson, who posted 19 points.

Farmington's record now sits at 17-9. As for Piedra Vista, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 11 of their last 14 matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-19 record this season.

Farmington wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 68-61 win against Rio Rancho on the 25th. As for Piedra Vista, they have also already played their next contest, an 80-65 defeat against Cibola on the 25th.
