After losing to Green Bay Preble the last time they met, Pulaski decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Red Raiders walked away with a 7-3 win over the Hornets on Saturday.

Pulaski's victory was truly a team effort as five different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Braun Wotruba, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with one run. Bryce Wotruba was another, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with two runs and one RBI.

Pulaski's win bumped their record up to 11-6. As for Green Bay Preble, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-5.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Pulaski will challenge rival De Pere at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Red Raiders 3.1, the Redbirds 3.1) so any runs scored will be well earned. Meanwhile, Green Bay Preble is set to square off against their familiar foe Sheboygan South at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The timing is sure in the Hornets' favor as the squad sits on three straight wins at home while the Redwings have been banged up by seven consecutive losses on the road.
