Valley has been a dominant force so far, but they're in the middle of a mini-slump at the moment. They took  a  73-64 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Milford Tigers on Saturday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Tigers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup  61-58  back in December of 2024.
 Milford's win  was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from   Sadler Barnes, who  dropped  a double-double with 16 points and 11  assists. Barnes' afternoon made it 15 games in a row in which  he has scored at least 15 points.  Kielen Tsosie was another key player,  going 9-for-17  on his way to 20  points and seven  rebounds.
Valley's loss dropped their record down to 14-6. As for Milford, their victory bumped their record up to 20-4.
As of now, neither Valley nor Milford have any future games scheduled.
