On Thursday Ryland Happel pitched six innings while giving up just one earned (and two unearned) runs off two hits. The effort marked the fewest earned runs Happel has had since back in March. As if that's not impressive enough, the pitching appearance was his third in a row with less than two walks. For the season, he has an ERA of 3.95 over 39 innings pitched.
