Mize took down Clarkdale 41-7 last week, the largest margin of any game.
Enterprise made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 11,166 from 11,877. The improvement came about via a 49-29 victory over Pisgah last week.
Taylorsville's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Terrian Page threw for 119 and one touchdown and Anfernee Sulllivan had 88 yards receiving. On the ground Page chipped in 203 yards. Rodregus Ducksworth helped Taylorsville's passing attack out by catching two balls for 19 yards.
Daniel Alwell made the biggest impact on defense this week as the Bulldogs bested the Dragons. The junior recorded one fumble.
Bay Springs's Jonnas Spivey and Brandon Jones have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading 2A Region 7 in both passing and receiving yards. Spivey has thrown for 1272 yards this season, while Jones has 22 catches for 366 yards. Dylan Taylor from Enterprise leads the league in rushing with 897 yards.
Kelly Jimmerson's team led the league in scoring this week after putting up 49 points on Pisgah. Taylor ran for 184 yards and caught one passes for nine yards in the win.
