In what's become a running theme this season, the Rangely Panthers gave their fans yet another huge victory on Tuesday. They breezed by Caprock Academy at home to the tune of 52-14. The win was familiar territory for Rangely who now have five in a row.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Rangely to victory, but perhaps none more so than Ashlynn Ducey, who scored 15 points along with seven rebounds and two steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Miah Wren, who scored 12 points along with seven steals.
Rangely's win was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 10-1. They've been dominating during the matches in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 31 points. As for Caprock Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-4.
Rangely the luxury of staying home another game and will welcome Little Snake River at 5:30 p.m. on January 18th. Little Snake River will be looking to extend their current six-game winning streak. Caprock Academy's road trip will continue as they head out to face Soroco at 2:30 p.m. on January 20th.
