Baseball Recap: Creekview Extends Winning Streak to Three

Creekview entered their tilt with Turner on Friday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They never let the Lions get on the board and left with a 12-0 victory. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 9-0 last Tuesday.

The team relied heavily on Barrett Carter, who scored three runs while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances. What's more, he posted two RBI, the most he's had since back in February.

Creekview's win bumped their record up to 12-5. As for Turner, they dropped their record down to 3-9 with the defeat, which was their 11th straight on the road dating back to last season.

Coming up, Creekview will take on White at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Creekview is facing White at the right time seeing as White is stuck on a six-game losing streak. As for Turner, a feisty cat fight will be fought as Turner Lions face off against Adams Cougars at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
