Meanwhile, McCauley Christian Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against Lifegate Christian, falling 65-41. The match was up for grabs at halftime, but sadly the Warriors struggled afterwards.
McCauley Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for River City Believers Academy, they now have a winning record of 3-2.
River City Believers Academy was able to grind out a solid win over McCauley Christian Academy in their previous matchup back in November, winning 44-37. The rematch might be a little tougher for River City Believers Academy since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
