Claremore won the last time they faced Grove and things went their way on Thursday too. The Zebras put the hurt on the Ridgerunners with a sharp 9-3 win. Considering the Zebras have won 16 games by more than five runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Claremore has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 24-8 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.7 runs on average over those games. As for Grove, their loss dropped their record down to 14-10.

Coming up, Claremore will take on Glenpool at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The Zebras' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Warriors have averaged an impressive 7.3 runs per game this season. As for Grove, they will head out on the road to square off against Pryor at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The Tigers will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something the Ridgerunners surely won't give up without a fight.
