Nanih Waiya's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Kylianna Spivey, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and 13 rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Spivey has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Nyshea Hoskin, who scored 12 points along with six rebounds and two steals.
Nanih Waiya's victory was their eighth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 20-2. As for Ethel, their loss dropped their record down to 8-12.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Nanih Waiya will take on the Tigers at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Noxapater is coming into the contest on a three-game losing streak. As for Ethel, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against the Bulldogs at 6:00 p.m.
