Glendale Prep Academy dropped down to 7-3 on Friday, ending the team's five-game streak of wins. They took a blow against the Veritas Prep Falcons, falling 45-13. The game marked the Griffins' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Although Glendale Prep Academy took the loss, they still got scores from Bobby Glazner and Atticus Wyzevich.

Glendale Prep Academy didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as Lane Goodson, Glazner, and Dylan Lincoln picked up one apiece. Glazner got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.

As for Veritas Prep, the win keeps them at an undefeated 10-0. The result was nothing new for the Falcons, who have now won seven matchups by 23 points or more so far this season.

Anthony Sanfratello went supernova, rushing for 122 yards and a pair of TDs on only eight carries. Those 122 rushing yards gave him a new career-high.

Coming up, Glendale Prep Academy will be playing at home against Santa Cruz Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Veritas Prep does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
