Makuach Makuei continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double on 18 points and ten steals. He set a new season high mark in blocks with three. Another player making a difference was Thavarin Ith, who scored ten points along with nine rebounds.
La Joya Community's win bumped their record up to 1-9. As for Metro Tech, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-12.
