Even though the Hackleburg Panthers scored an imposing 62 points on Thursday, the Lynn Bears still came out on top. Lynn secured a 66-62 W over the Panthers. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Lynn.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Lynn to victory, but perhaps none more so than Cale Tittle, who dropped a double-double on 26 points and 12 rebounds. Tittle is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 15 or more in the last eight games he's played. Braylen Roberts was another key contributor, scoring 18 points along with six rebounds.
Lynn is on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 12 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 14-6 record this season. As for Hackleburg, their loss dropped their record down to 6-11.
Lynn will face off against the Lions at 8:00 p.m. on Monday. Hackleburg is on the road again on Saturday and plays the Bears at 4:00 p.m. on February 3rd. Phillips has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
