Eli Wells put up the most strikeouts he's had over his last four matchups on Wednesday. As a matter of fact, he produced his best game of the campaign: he struck out six batters over five innings while giving up just one earned run off five hits (and not a single walk). Centennial is 3-1 when Wells allows two or fewer earned runs, but 7-15 otherwise.
