On Friday Lewis take on New Era Academy at 3:45 PM. Neither of those teams managed to put together many points in their previous game, so their meeting could be a low-scoring affair.
Last week, Lewis couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They fell to New Town 0-8.
Meanwhile, New Era Academy had to hit the road for their first game, and unfortunately the road hit them back. They took a serious blow against Walkersville, falling 0-46.
With the two teams each stumbling in off of a defeat, both will be hungry for the victory. Hopefully the teams can find a way to make up for their last outings by putting some points on the board this time.
