Adding to the longest winning streak in Tri-Valley - West this week, Ithaca beat Glen Lake 42-7. This was the team's 11th consecutive win.
Ithaca moved up to 53 from 79 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in the league. Terry Hessbrook's team climbed the ranks as a result of beating the Lakers 42-7.
The Yellowjackets' offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Travis Smith threw for 261 and 2 touchdowns and Logan Hessbrook had 103 yards receiving. On the ground Bryan Shaw contributed 103 yards. Eli Villalobos helped Ithaca's passing attack out by catching 6 balls for 83 yards.
He went 21-27 with 0 interceptions.

The Yellowjackets' Smith and Hessbrook led Tri-Valley - West in both passing and receiving yards. 6-3 quarterback Smith has thrown for 2,356 yards this season, while Hessbrook has 41 catches for 769 yards. Kevin Brownlie from St. Charles leads the league in rushing with 1,001 yards.
Ithaca took down GERALD ANGERS's team 42-7 last week, the largest margin of any game. Smith ran for 12 yards in the win.
