Colfax lost against Lincoln back in February of 2018 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Colfax Falcons fell just short of the Lincoln Fighting Zebras by a score of 1-0. The Falcons' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Colfax's defeat dropped their record down to 4-3. As for Lincoln, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a massive bump to their 5-3-1 record this season.

Colfax will take on Marysville in a holiday battle at at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Lincoln, they will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Center at 6:15 p.m. on January 7, 2025.
