It was another big night for Connor Cannon, who scored 28 points along with five rebounds and four steals. The matchup was his fourth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Blake Holloway, who scored 13 points along with five rebounds.
Fox Creek pushed their record up to 10-9 with that win, which was their sixth straight at home. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 70.7 points per game. As for Pelion, they have traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-8 record this season.
Fox Creek will square off against Batesburg-Leesville at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Pelion, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Strom Thurmond at 7:45 p.m. Strom Thurmond has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 371 points over their last six contests.
