On Friday East Buchanan take on GMG at 7:00 PM. Both teams have had a rocky road up to this point with three consecutive losses apiece.
Last Friday, East Buchanan and North Tama were almost perfectly matched up, but East Buchanan suffered an agonizing 6-7 loss.
Meanwhile, GMG took a serious blow against Grundy Center, falling 0-38.
Given that they both suffered a loss in their last game, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this weekend. Neither of those teams managed to put together many points in their previous matchup, so their meeting could be a low-scoring affair.
