In what's become a running theme this season, the Northwest Halifax Vikings gave their fans yet another huge victory on Wednesday. They blew past Warren County 66-26 at home. Northwest Halifax pushed the score to 52-18 by the end of the third, a deficit the Eagles had no chance of recovering from.
Northwest Halifax has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which somehow isn't as good as their 13-4 record this season. As for Warren County, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-11.
Northwest Halifax will head out on the road to challenge the Tigers at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. That game will pit two of the most dominant guards against one another: Nakiya Boston and Camaya Adkins. As for Warren County, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against the Trojans at 6:00 p.m. Southeast Halifax is no doubt hoping to put an end to a seven-game streak of away losses.
