The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Mighty Oaks considering their 24-point performance the matchup before.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Norfolk Collegiate to victory, but perhaps none more so than Chloe Booth, who posted 20 points and five steals. Booth has become a key player for Norfolk Collegiate: the team is 5-1 when she posts at least five steals, but 1-7 otherwise. Catherine Wells was another key player, putting up 11 points in addition to eight rebounds and five steals.
Norfolk Collegiate's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-8. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 29.8 points per game.
