The win was the eighth in a row for Central, bringing their record for this year to 18-4. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 75.4 points per game. As for North Miami, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-7.
Central is on the road again on Tuesday and plays the Patriots on February 6th. American has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 560 points over their last eight matchups. As for North Miami, they will square off against the Mavericks at TBD on Tuesday. Archbishop McCarthy presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than the Pioneers in Florida (the Mavericks are ranked 74th, while the Pioneers are ranked 518th).
