Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Bell Creek Academy to victory, but perhaps none more so than Christyana Allen, who dropped a double-double on 19 points and 13 rebounds. Allen is on a roll when it comes to points, as she's now scored 15 or more in the last three games she's played. Falynne Fischer was another key contributor, scoring 15 points along with eight rebounds.
Bell Creek Academy's win bumped their record up to 12-9. As for Canterbury, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-7.
Bell Creek Academy won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Palm Harbor University at 7:30 p.m. on January 26th. As for Canterbury, they will be playing at home against Bradenton Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Bradenton Christian is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last four games.
