Meade River came into Saturday's match having lost four straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They came out on top against the Kali Wolverines by a score of 2-0 on Saturday. This was a revenge game for the Eagles: when they faced off against the Wolverines on Saturday, they had to take a 3-0 loss.

While Meade River won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-22.

Meade River's victory bumped their record up to 13-11. As for Kali, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-9 record this season.
