Wesley Chapel's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Sian Morris, who scored 16 points along with 8 assists and 7 steals. The game was Morris' fifth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Trey Murray, who scored 23 points along with 5 rebounds.
Cypress Creek's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was River Randall, who scored 16 points along with 8 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Ryan Eaton, who scored 8 points along with 9 rebounds.
Wesley Chapel now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Cypress Creek, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-3.
