The Westerly Bulldogs will head out to challenge the Pilgrim Patriots at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
Things were looking good for Westerly after they put the first goal on the board on Tuesday, but unfortunately for them things went downhill from there. They took a 4-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of Tiverton. Westerly have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.
Meanwhile, Pilgrim faced Lincoln in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The two teams finished up on equal footing with a 1-1 draw. The result was nothing new for Pilgrim as the squad haven't won a game since October 3rd.
Their goal came courtesy of Maksim Fridland, who's now up to two this season.
With that draw, Pilgrim's record moves to 8-6-4. As for Westerly, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-12-2.
