Trillium Academy blew past the Lakers 73-29 at home on Thursday. Trillium Academy has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine contests by 26 points or more this season.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Trillium Academy to victory, but perhaps none more so than Keymarryon Fishburn, who scored 21 points along with six rebounds and three steals. Fishburn is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 16 or more in the last nine games he's played. Jaylin Bradford was another key contributor, scoring 18 points along with seven rebounds and three steals.
Trillium Academy's win was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-1. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 73.1 points per game. As for Advanced Tech Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-7.
Coincidentally, Trillium Academy and the Lakers will both be playing the Tigers the next time they take the court. Trillium Academy will host the Tigers at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, while the Lakers will host them at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
