Hazelwood East got a massive performance out of Tyrone Gill, who went 2-for-3 with a home run and four RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Trevion Bickley, who scored three runs and stole two bases while going 1-for-2.
McCluer South-Berkeley's loss dropped their record down to 4-3-1. As for Hazelwood East, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 4-2.
