The Glacier Wolfpack had already won five in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 39.4 points), and they went ahead and made it six on Thursday. They came out on top against Sentinel by a score of 27-17. This was payback for Glacier, who suffered a 38-31 defeat the last time these two teams met.
Glacier was led to victory by Cohen Kastelitz and Jackson Presley. Kastelitz picked up 102 receiving yards and two touchdowns, while Presley threw for 248 yards and three touchdowns. Kastelitz is on a roll when it comes to receiving yards, as he's now posted 100 or more in the last three games he's played. Glacier also got a significant boost from Kobe Dorcheus, who ran away from the competition to the tune of 89 yards.
Glacier's win was their seventh straight at home (dating back to last season), bumping their overall record up to 8-1. As for Sentinel, they have not been sharp recently, as they've lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-4 record this season.
Glacier does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Sentinel will head out on the road to face off against Great Falls at 7:00 p.m. on October 27th. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Montana (Great Falls is ranked 34th, while Sentinel is ranked 29th).
