The Shenango Wildcats will challenge the Mohawk Area Warriors at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday.
 After dropping their season opener at home, Mohawk Area is headed out to face a Wildcats  squad ready to give their home crowd a win. Shenango fell just short of New Brighton by a score of  9-7 last Friday. The  defeat   continues a  trend for the Wildcats in their matchups with the Lions: they've now lost three in a row.
 Meanwhile, Mohawk Area didn't have too much breathing room in their  match against Laurel on Friday, but they still walked away with a  32-27 victory.
  Bobby Fadden was nothing short of spectacular: he rushed for 157 yards and two touchdowns on only 12 carries, and also threw for 132 yards and a touchdown. His longest rush was for an incredible 78 yards.
 Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, Mohawk Area was unstoppable on the ground and  finished the game with 250  rushing yards. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Laurel only rushed for 26.
 Shenango beat Mohawk Area 20-10  when the teams last played  back in September of 2019. Will Shenango repeat their success,  or does  Mohawk Area have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
