He looked comfortable on the mound,   striking out ten batters over  seven innings while giving up just one earned  (and one unearned) run off   nine  hits (and only one walk). Dunn has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't  given up  more than one  walk in three consecutive pitching appearances. Dunn was also solid in the batter's box,  scoring a  run while going 2-for-4.
 In other batting news,  Caleb Palmer was a standout: he scored three  runs while going 3-for-4.  Owen Saiani was another key contributor,  scoring two  runs and  stealing two bases while  getting on base  in two of his four plate appearances.
 Meanwhile, Bishop McCort earned  a  5-2 victory over Westmont Hilltop  on Friday.
 Homer-Center has  been performing  incredibly well recently as they've  won 12 of their last 13 matches,  which provided a nice bump to their 15-4 record  this season. As for Bishop McCort, their win  ended  a  three-game drought at home  and  bumped them up to 9-7.
