Scot Francis, Briggsdale's leader in stolen bases on the season, led the team again on Monday. Francis turned in nothing short of a gem, scoring three runs and stealing three bases while going 2-for-4. He also tossed an earned run, which is notable because Briggsdale is 2-1 when he allows at most two earned runs, but 1-2-1 otherwise.

Looking ahead, Francis and Briggsdale will take on Peetz at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams are at an even 5-5 against one another since March of 2018, but likely not for long.
