Canutillo wouldn't let Jefferson keep a hold of the ball as they managed to force three fumbles. It was truly a group effort as Carson Fiske, Nathaniel Martinez, and Theodore Locklin picked up one apiece.
The victory made it two in a row for Canutillo and bumps their season record up to 5-1. As for Jefferson, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-6.
Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Chapin the next time they take the field. Canutillo will head out to face Chapin at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, while Jefferson will host them at 7:00 p.m. on October 25th.
