Capistrano Valley came into Monday's game looking for another win against Woodbridge, but Jaiden Sabino wouldn't allow it. The Warriors blew past the Cougars, posting a 62-33 victory for which the team can thank Sabino, who shot 67% from beyond the arc on his way to 29 points along with eight boards and six steals. He is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 16 or more in each of the last 15 games he's played dating back to last season.

Another player making a difference was Zaccaria Saleh, who went 7-for-12 en route to 15 points and seven rebounds. He continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played.

Woodbridge has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-2 record this season. As for Capistrano Valley, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-5.

Looking ahead, Woodbridge will square off against Muir at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Capistrano Valley, they and El Dorado will face off at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday without much rest, having both just played.
