Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Delphi Community). They really took it to the North Newton Spartans for the full four quarters, racking up a 72-36 win. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory the Oracles have posted since November 30, 2024.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Delphi Community to victory, but perhaps none more so than Xaine Tessier, who posted ten points and four steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Walker Jones, who had 12 points in addition to six assists and five boards.

When it comes to explaining why North Newton lost on Saturday, don't look at Nicholas Bartrom. Despite the final result, he scored seven points and five rebounds. Another player making a difference was Jackson Alexander, who put up eight points and five boards.

Delphi Community now has a winning record of 7-6. As for North Newton, they are on a 13-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-12.

Delphi Community will take on Sheridan at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Sheridan is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 69.3 points per game this season. As for North Newton, they will square off against North White at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
