Telesis Prep was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 16th straight defeat dating back to last season. They were dealt a 69-38 loss at the hands of the Our Lady of the Sun Academy Angels. One positive for the Tigers, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Our Lady of the Sun Academy got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Joseph Reiss out in front who went 9 for 18 on his way to 25 points in addition to seven rebounds and six assists. Reiss is also crushing it when it comes to steals: he's grabbed at least two every time he's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Isaac Ley, who dropped a double-double on 17 points and 12 boards.

Telesis Prep's defeat dropped their record down to 0-11. As for Our Lady of the Sun Academy, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests, which provided a nice bump to their 10-7 record this season.

Telesis Prep will look to defend their home court on Friday against Verde Valley at 5:00 p.m. As for Our Lady of the Sun Academy, they won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Psalms Learning Center at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
