Wynot had won six straight home games dating back to last season and Kenna Oligmueller did her part to make it seven on Thursday. The Blue Devils came out on top against the Bloomfield Bees by a score of 2-0 thanks in part to Oligmueller, who had 11 kills, seven digs, and three aces. She is on a roll when it comes to kills, as she's now had eight or more in each of the last 11 games she's played dating back to last season.

Wynot not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Bloomfield between 16 and 17 points across their sets. The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-17.

Wynot's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Haley Wieseler led the charge by getting 17 assists and five digs. That's the most digs Wieseler has posted since back in November of 2024. Another player making a difference was Jaylin Geisen, who had nine digs and two aces.

Wynot's win bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Bloomfield, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-2.

Wynot wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against Winside on the 9th. As for Bloomfield, they have also already played their next game, a 3-0 win against Osmond on the 9th.
