Sequoyah made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Adair, but they still couldn't quite topple them. Sequoyah blew past Adair 15-9 on Friday. Considering the Eagles have won six matches by more than five runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Sequoyah has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-2 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.3 runs over those games. Adair is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-5.

Sequoyah didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 10-0 defeat against Ketchum on the 22nd. As for Adair, they have also already played their next matchup, an 8-4 victory against Pocola on the 22nd.
