Ridley extended the longest winning streak in Central this week by beating Springfield, 7-3. The victory was the eighth in a row for the Raiders.
Strath Haven moved up to 200 from 246 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in the league. The Panthers were able to make move up by falling to Haverford 42-36.
Harriton's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Rams feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Patrick Moriarty has thrown for 1408 yards and 14 touchdowns this season, while Kenny Brown has 23 catches for 452 yards. Andre Pendleton leads the league in rushing with 598 yards.
A big matchup in Central this week will be when the Fords take on Conestoga. As it stands, Haverford is in second, while the Pioneers are in fifth.
Marple Newtown and Upper Darby played the most hotly contested game in the league this week, with Marple Newtown eventually emerging with a 6-3 victory.
