The Hardee Wildcats entered their tilt with the DeSoto County Bulldogs with four consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with five. Hardee blew past DeSoto County, posting a 48-0 win at home. Considering Hardee has won five contests by more than 22 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.
Hardee has yet to lose a game at home this season, leaving them with a 8-2 record. That said, the team wasn't facing the toughest opposition over that stretch, as it included 0-10 DeSoto County and 3-6 Clewiston (their opponents had an average overall winning percentage of 29.6% over those games). As for DeSoto County, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-10.
Hardee will be playing in front of their home fans against Estero at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. DeSoto County does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
