The Leigh Longhorns lost to the Lynbrook Vikings back in December of 2022, but the Leigh Longhorns didn't allow the Lynbrook Vikings the same satisfaction on Saturday. Leigh strolled past Lynbrook with points to spare, taking the game 59-44. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Leigh.
It was another big night for Caleb Asante, who dropped a double-double on 23 points and ten rebounds. He hasn't dropped below eight rebounds for three straight games. Another player making a difference was Marko Miocinovic, who scored ten points along with eight rebounds and two steals.
Leigh is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine matches, which provided a nice bump to their 8-5 record this season. As for Lynbrook, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-10.
