After a string of three wins, Suffield Academy's good fortune finally ran out last Saturday. They came up short against Cheshire Academy, falling 7-18. Suffield Academy's defeat came about despite a quality game from junior Tyler Van dyke, who passed for 272 yards and 1 touchdown. Van dyke has now scored at least one touchdown in the past four games.
Meanwhile, things haven't been easy for Phillips Exeter Academy, and their game last Saturday only extended their streak of losses to four. They took a hard 24-40 fall against Loomis Chaffee School.
Everything went Suffield Academy's way against Phillips Exeter Academy the last time the two teams met as they made off with a 42-13 win. Will Suffield Academy repeat their success, or does Phillips Exeter Academy have a better game plan this time around ? We'll find out soon enough.
