Brazos Christian came out on top against St. Paul on Friday thanks in part to Hudson Jacobus's efforts. Jacobus rushed for 59 yards, which was good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards.

Looking ahead, Jacobus and Brazos Christian will challenge Covenant Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The game will pit Jacobus up against the Cougars' star signal caller Preston VanHouse.
