It was another big night for  Ja'Niaus Avanti K'Mere Hall, who threw for 379 yards and two  TDs, and also rushed for 100 yards and one  score. His passing production has been exceptional  as that marked his sixth straight game with at least 307  passing yards. A healthy portion of  Avanti K'Mere Hall's aerial production (120 yards to be exact)  went to  Jermaine Maxwell.
 Another reason for the win was Lima Senior's imposing  defense, which managed to get into the backfield for nine sacks. The heavy lifting was done by  Jay'Von Batts and  Denzel Ireland, who racked up  five sacks between them.  Darvion Young was another major factor on D,  making four total tackles (2.0 for loss) and snagged  an  interception which he returned  for a touchdown.
 Aiken hadn't beaten Hughes on the road since October 2, 2020 but that history sure didn't bother them  on Saturday. The Falcons came out on top in a nail-biter against the BIG RED, sneaking past  30-28.
 Aiken now  has a winning record of 4-3. As for Lima Senior, their victory bumped their record up to 8-2.
