Make it 11 blowout wins for the Summit Christian Academy Eagles this season. They took their game on the road on Tuesday with ease, bagging a 83-19 victory over University Academy Charter. The win was familiar territory for Summit Christian Academy who now have six in a row.
Summit Christian Academy got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Kash Pritchard out in front who almost dropped a double-double on 16 points and nine rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Pritchard has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Bajj Walker, who scored 16 points along with two steals.
Summit Christian Academy has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 16-5 record this season. As for University Academy Charter, they are on a 17-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-18.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Summit Christian Academy will take on the Falcons at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. Van Horn will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Missouri Rankings (they are ranked 303rd, while the Eagles are ranked 88th). As for University Academy Charter, they will play host again and welcome the Guardians, where tip off is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. on Friday. St. Michael the Archangel is no doubt hoping to put an end to a three-game streak of away losses.
